When will I receive my order?

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email that will include your order details and the selected shipping method.
  • Once the order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please click on the “Track Order” link within the email to receive the most up-to-date tracking information. If you have a tracking number, you can also check the status within the email.
  • Please allow the specified transit time to receive your order once it has shipped.

Processing Time

Orders received with standard/express shipping normally process in 1-2 business days.

Orders received with economy shipping normally process in 1-10 business days.

Embroidered items will add an additional 3-7 business days to the processing time. 

Business Days

Business days are defined as Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Time

  • Express Shipping : 1-2 business days. Orders above $50 require a signature at time of delivery by carrier.
  • Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days. Orders above $50 require a signature at time of delivery by carrier.
  • Economy Shipping: 3-4 business days. Orders above $50 require a signature at time of delivery by carrier.

Lost Package

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered by the shipping carrier with a signed delivery confirmation.

Multiple Shipments

Some items may be shipped separately. If multiple items are ordered, it is possible that you will receive more than one shipment.

Preorder

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a preorder. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

When you purchase a preorder, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product with an estimated restock date that is subject to change at any time. We collect full payment at checkout. 

Package Returned to Sender/Refused Delivery

You can choose one of these two options:

  • Refund: We will automatically refund you the cost of the items minus any shipping charges to your original form of payment within 15 business days of receiving your returned package. 
  • Re-shipping at an additional shipping cost: Contact us and we will then send you confirmation that your request has been received. However, it will take a few days for us to receive your returned package and prepare for re-shipment. The additional shipping cost will need to be paid via a link sent to your email. Once the shipping cost has been paid, we will ship out your item(s).

Embroidered/Custom Logo Items

Items that include embroidery or a custom logo will ship after the embroidery process has been completed. Typically, embroidery or custom logo will add an additional processing time of 3-7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour after it has been placed.
