Where is my order?

Processing time is 1-10 business days. Once the order is shipped out, delivery will take 1-4 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method. Embroidered or heat pressed items add an additional 3-7 business days for processing.

How long do in-store pickup orders take?

In-store pickup orders are usually ready in 1 hour once all the items are available. If the items are not available, the order will be ready in 5+ days. Once the order is ready, you will receive an email or text notification.

How can I contact customer service?

If you have any questions or concerns, please send us an email here. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

We are a very small team and currently experiencing a very large number of inquiries so please allow at least 72 hours for a response.

Please note, our customer service team works Monday through Friday.

What is the shipping time frame for preorder items?

All orders that include a preorder item will ship out according to the ship date on the preordered product. This date can be found on the product page. Please read our preorder policy for more information.

Can I cancel my order after it is placed?

Yes, orders can be canceled within 1 hour of being placed. Please send us an email here.
After the 1 hour window, all orders proceed to processing and shipment preparation, making cancellations no longer possible. 

What can I do my order arrived and my item(s) are damaged or I received the wrong item(s)?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us here within 7 days so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Do you do you do bulk orders?

Yes, we do please reach out to a bulk order specialist here.

Do you offer wholesale?

No, we do not offer any wholesale at this time.

What can I do if my package was returned to sender?

You can choose one of these two options:

  • Refund: We will automatically refund you the cost of the items minus any shipping charges to your original form of payment within 15 business days of receiving your returned package. 
  • Re-shipping at an additional shipping cost: Contact us and we will then send you confirmation that your request has been received. However, it will take a few days for us to receive your returned package and prepare for re-shipment. The additional shipping cost will need to be paid via a link sent to your email. Once the shipping cost has been paid, we will ship out your item(s).

What to do if I entered the incorrect shipping address?

If you entered the incorrect shipping address on your order, please send us an email here so we can get your shipping address updated.

We can only change your shipping address if the package has not yet been assigned a tracking number.

Once your order has shipped, unfortunately there is nothing we can do to recover the package.

What if I can’t find my package?

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered by the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier.

Do you offer returns/exchanges?

Yes, we offer a 14 day period for returns after delivery. Please review our return policy and instructions here.

We do not offer exchanges through our website at this time. Simply return your item, and once processed, we will issue you a store credit that you can use toward the item you would like instead.
